What are your hours of operation?

The Beach Club Athletics is slated to open Late Summer 2026. Final club hours will be announced before opening. Our anticipated club hours are as follows:

Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Friday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Hours are subject to change based on operational needs, holidays, or special events.

Can I tour the club before joining?

Because the club is currently under renovation and not yet open for tours, we encourage prospective members to explore membership details online and join early to secure First Access Membership savings before opening. Tours and preview opportunities will be announced as we get closer to opening.

Do you offer guest or day passes?

Guest and day pass options will be announced after The Beach Club Athletics opens. During presale, the best way to experience early access is to join online and stay tuned for opening updates, events, and future guest opportunities.

Is parking free?

Parking details will be shared prior to opening. Members and guests should check the website for the latest access, entrance, and parking information.

What membership options are available?

The Beach Club Athletics offers membership options designed for access to premium fitness, aquatics, racquet sports, recovery, training, and social wellness spaces. During presale, First Access Memberships are available for a limited time with special savings before opening. Visit the join page to view current membership options and enroll online.

Can I add someone to my membership?

Additional membership options may be available depending on your membership type. During presale, please review the online enrollment options or contact us at membership@thebeachclubathletics.com for help building the right membership plan for your household or lifestyle.

Do you participate in SilverSneakers?

At this time, The Beach Club Athletics has not announced participation in SilverSneakers or third-party fitness benefit programs. Please check with the membership team for the most current eligibility and plan details.

Do you offer student, military, or senior discounts?

Promotional and discounted membership options may vary. During presale, First Access Membership savings are available for a limited time. Please visit the join page or contact the membership team for current offers and eligibility requirements.

Can I place my membership on hold?

Membership hold options may be available after opening based on club policy and membership type. Please contact the membership team for the most current hold policy once memberships are active.

How do I cancel my membership?

Club Amenities

What amenities does The Beach Club Athletics offer?

The Beach Club Athletics is being renovated and reimagined to offer a premium wellness experience in Lakeside Minneapolis. Planned amenities include advanced cardio and strength training, free weights and functional training space, an indoor track, dedicated studios for Pilates, yoga, cycling, and group fitness, indoor lap and rooftop pools, tennis and pickleball courts, premium locker rooms with saunas, personal training and small group coaching, a recovery zone, and resident lounge/co-working spaces.

Are towels provided?

Yes, comlimentary towels are part of our premium locker room amenities and part of the elevated member experience.

Do you have saunas or steam rooms?

Premium locker rooms with saunas are planned at The Beach Club Athletics. Additional locker room and recovery amenities will be announced closer to opening.

Programs

Does the club offer Personal Training or Small Group Training?

Yes. The Beach Club Athletics will offer expert personal training and small group coaching designed to help members build strength, improve performance, stay accountable, and feel confident in their routine. New members can also look forward to onboarding support and a complimentary welcome workout.

Does the club offer Aquatics & Swim Lessons?

The Beach Club Athletics will feature indoor lap and rooftop pool experiences. Aquatics programming, swim lessons, and pool schedules will be announced closer to opening.

Does the club offer Group Fitness Classes?

Yes. The Beach Club Athletics will offer energizing group fitness experiences in dedicated studios, including formats such as Pilates, yoga, cycling, and other strength, movement, and recovery-focused classes. Class schedules and booking details will be released before opening.

How do I book classes?

Class booking details will be shared before the club opens. Once available, members will be able to view schedules and reserve classes through on our website or app.

Residents

What is the new name of the fitness center?

The fitness center is now called The Beach Club Athletics.

When will The Beach Club Athletics reopen?

The club is currently undergoing renovations and is expected to reopen on August 1, 2026. The Beach Club Residences team will continue to provide updates regarding which amenities and areas remain available during construction.

Why is the club being renovated?

The renovation project is designed to modernize the facility, upgrade equipment and amenities, and create a premium health club experience for both residents and the broader community.

What improvements have been made?

Residents can look forward to updated fitness equipment, refreshed workout spaces, renovated locker rooms and common areas, enhanced pool and aquatic amenities, improved access control and security systems, and expanded wellness programming.

Who can use The Beach Club Athletics?

Effective August 1, 2026, The Beach Club Athletics will be open to both Beach Club Residences residents and the general public. All eligible residents will have access to the club.

Is there an additional membership fee?

Yes. Membership fees for resident adults ages 18 and older will be incorporated into residential lease agreements. The primary adult resident will be charged $70 per month and each additional adult resident will be charged $50 per month. Residents ages 13–17 may enroll through the club's standard youth membership program. Personal Training and certain specialty services are not included. Please contact the leasing office for additional details.

How do I activate my fitness center membership?

Resident Memberships require activation to access the club after August 1, 2026. Click here to register, complete membership agreements, and obtain facility access.

Can all household members use the fitness center?

Household members listed on the apartment lease who meet age and membership requirements will be eligible for club access.

What are the fitness center hours?

Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM–10:00 PM;

Friday: 5:00 AM–9:00 PM;

Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM.

*Hours are subject to change for holidays, maintenance, or operational needs.

Will the pool hours or rules change when the fitness center reopens?

Yes. Beginning August 1, 2026, designated Family Swim Hours will be introduced. Children under 16 may use the pool during these hours when accompanied and actively supervised by an adult. Family Swim, lap swim, and aquatic program schedules will be published on the website and club app.

What will the age policy be?

Residents and guests must be at least 16 years old to use fitness equipment and attend most group fitness classes without supervision. Residents ages 13–15 with a paid youth membership may use the fitness floor only while directly supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Children 12 and under are not permitted on the fitness floor. Additional guidelines apply for aquatics, locker rooms, and youth programming.

Will childcare services be available?

No. Childcare services previously offered at the facility will not return when the club reopens.

Can I leave my child unattended while I work out?

No. Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times unless participating in an authorized program that specifically permits otherwise.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes. Residents may bring guests in accordance with club guest policies.

Are there limits on guest visits?

Yes. First-time local guests may qualify for a complimentary guest pass. Additional visits are subject to guest fees and club policies. Extended guest pass options may also be available.

Who can use the pool?

Pool access is available to eligible residents, members, and authorized guests during posted operating hours.

Will there be Family Swim times?

Yes. Designated Family Swim Hours will be offered. During these times, children accompanied by a parent or guardian are welcome to use the pool. The schedule will be announced prior to reopening.

Are there adults-only swim times?

Yes. Outside of Family Swim Hours, the pool may be reserved for adult lap swimming, aquatic exercise classes, and other adult-focused activities.

Will lifeguards be on duty?

No. The pool is not lifeguarded. All participants swim at their own risk.

Will locker rooms be available?

Yes. Renovated locker rooms will be available during regular operating hours.

Can I leave my belongings in a locker overnight?

Most lockers will be designated for day use only. Limited rental lockers may be available for an additional monthly fee. Details will be announced closer to reopening.

Will towels be provided?

Yes. Complimentary bath and hand towels will be available for member use.

What types of equipment will be available?

The Beach Club Athletics will feature premium cardio equipment, strength training equipment, free weights, functional training areas, a Pilates studio, stretching zones, and recovery spaces.

Will group fitness classes be offered?

Yes. A variety of group fitness classes will be offered. Class schedules and programming details will be announced closer to reopening.

Will personal training be available?

Yes. Personal Training services will be available for an additional fee.

What should I wear?

Appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe athletic shoes are required in all fitness areas.

Do I need to reserve a space in group fitness classes?

Yes. Residents may reserve classes up to seven (7) days in advance through the club website, mobile app, or front desk. Walk-in participation may be available if space permits.

How will I receive updates?

Residents will receive updates through community email communications, resident portal announcements, community newsletters, property notices, and reopening communications from The Beach Club Residences and The Beach Club Athletics.
